(From Dr. Ro’s Ten Secrets to Livin’ Healthy,
pages 61-62.)
Q: Dr Ro: I just had a baby, and the weight I gained
during my pregnancy won't go anywhere! I used to
be a size 10, I'm twenty something, and after two
small girls, I'm feeling doomed! What can I do?
Their father won't encourage me to exercise; he
doesn't care enough. Please give me the quick fix

When Baby Needs a Diet
(From Dr. Ro’s Ten Secrets to Livin’ Healthy, page
179.)
Q: Dr Ro: My 10-year-old-daughter is overweight. I’ve
tried everything from locking the cabinets to
punishing her for stealing food. I no longer buy
snack food, and I pack only healthy things in her
lunch. Still, she manages to get her hands on
candy bars and fast food at every turn. Getting
her to be physically active has also been a
problem; she is so heavy it is difficult for her
to participate, and during team sports she’s
usually the last person picked to play. I can’t
afford one of those fat-kid camps I keep hearing
about on the news. Help!

Antioxidant This, Antioxidant That
(From Dr. Ro’s Ten Secrets to Livin’ Healthy,
pages 216-217.)
Q: Dr. Ro: Some say antioxidants are the
closest thing to a cure-all on the market; others
say all I need is a balanced diet. I'm confused by
all this information.
