Spa Rituals To Soothe Your Soul

1. Dr. Ro's Stress Infusion:


What you'll need:
2 TBS lemongrass
2 TBS peppermint leaves
2 TBS lavender flowers
1-2 drops lemongrass, peppermint, and lavender essential oils
Med. Mixing bowl
Spoon
Bath towel
Muslin bag
A bathtub to be filled with hot water
A willing spirit (That's You)

What You'll do

  1. Combine herbs in mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add essential oils, mix well.
  3. Place your herbal mixture in muslin bag.
  4. Fill the tub with water and steep your muslin bag in water as the tub is filling.
  5. Get in, release, relax, and enjoy!
